When you want to trade with FP Production, all parties will fill out a joint agreement to ensure all designs, production and legal requirements are secured and complied with. The joint agreement will secure the customer’s IRP rights. All design(s) and derivative rights therefore belong to the customer. Frits Pedersen is responsible for the production and administration of the customer’s design at a manufacturer chosen by Frits Pedersen. The process often proceeds in such a way that a written offer is sent to the customer stating conditions and prices that both the customer and Frits Pedersen must accept before starting production. Upon the customer’s acceptance of the offer, the order is binding and cannot be canceled without prior written acceptance by Frits Pedersen. Samples for your designs are made according to drawing or physical samples. Prices and quality must be approved before starting production. All products are made of silver, with the possibility of different surface treatments, such as gilded, oxidized and so on. The customer is responsible for providing all information - including indication of dimensions, drawings, materials, ect. - that is necessary for the production. Frits Pedersen bears no responsibility for the final design, which is based on the customer’s information. By appointment, we are happy to help with adjustments that can help the creation of the final production.

We work on the basis of UN’s 10 global principles within accountability - CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility), all applicable legal requirements, as well as UN’s rules for conflict diamonds and the OECD’s rules for conflict gold. In addition, we are working towards the UN’s 17 global goals for sustainable development.
